Versele Laga Nutribird A19 P / chicks

NutriBird A 19 is a complete and balanced food for hand-rearing macaws, grey parrots, eclectus parrots, deroptyus accipitrinus and other baby birds with high energy requirements.


How to use


NutriBird A 19 paste for hand-rearing is prepared by adding boiled water. The proportions of the mixture depend on the age of the chick and must be strictly adhered to. Use the enclosed table to prepare the paste. It is advisable to measure the quantities carefully for the first preparations.

Mix the recommended quantities in the table of NutriBird A 19 brood paste with warm water in a small container. In view of the harmful bacteria that tap water may contain, it is highly recommended to boil the water beforehand or to use bottled water.


Mix the paste vigorously. Let it stand for one minute. If properly prepared, you will end up with a thick slurry.


Cool the resulting slurry to 39°C. Before feeding, stir well again to prevent the water and the paste from separating.


Caution: The mash must be freshly prepared for each meal. It is therefore advisable to prepare the food in small quantities.
